Gyeonggi Province launches a campaign to spread the corporate culture to practice the work-family balance system

Gyeonggi Province started to spread corporate culture through a campaign to practice the work-family balance system.
The campaign declaration ceremony pledged and promised to practice the work-family balance system was held at the Gyeonggi R&DB Center on October 20, hosted by the Gyeonggi Province and Gyeonggi Regional Employment and Labor Administration and the Population Health and Welfare Association's Gyeonggi branch.
On this day, 11 companies in Gyeonggi-do, including Easy Costek Co., Ltd. and Onetech Korea Co., Ltd., participated.
Joon-Nam Park, CEO of Kyungdong Industry Co., said, “I have been working in two shifts for 12 hours so far, but this time, I thought that it was a good system and participated in the 8-hour regular work system with 8 hours and 3 shifts.”
Gi-woo Lee, Vice Governor of Social Integration in Gyeonggi Province, said in a greeting, “Our reality about the low birth rate and aging population is that if we do not do well with the yellow card, we can go to the red card.” He emphasized to join this new campaign.

The heads of organizations, organizations, and 11 businessmen read the five paragraphs of the work-family balance system, pledged to practice, and promised.
The implementation details are five items: flexible work, scheduled commuting, automatic parental leave, and setting up a daycare center at work with reduced working hours.
These companies will choose and implement one or more of the five tasks that are essential indicators for practicing work-family balance in the future.
Kyungdong Industry Co., Ltd., Dow Sealant Industry Co., Ltd., Easy Kostech Co., Ltd., Onetech Korea Co., Ltd., Cosmo Electric Co., Ltd., and Gunpo Cultural Foundation (Foundation) have scheduled commute, while UMC Science Co., Ltd. is an automatic parental leave system. And Eurovision Laser Co., Ltd. announced that it will implement regular commuting, flexible work, and reduction of working hours.
Gyeonggi Province announced that it plans to continuously promote the'one company, one system' campaign for businesses in the province to practice work-family balance, a solution to the low birth rate problem.
